Orders are normally prepared within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time can vary by product, supplier, warehouse, and seasonal demand.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $49. Shipping rates for smaller orders are calculated during checkout based on the selected destination and available shipping methods.

Customers receive a tracking email after the supplier or warehouse dispatches the parcel. Tracking events can take 24-72 hours to update after the carrier first scans the shipment.

Delivery time depends on the destination country, customs clearance, local carriers, and the selected supplier warehouse route. Import duties or taxes may be charged by local authorities.
